We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Controller to join our team at Offshore Performance. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits and a fabulous working environment.

About the Aftersales Controller role:

Based at our Brand New Showroom which offers a “Platinum rated” immersive customer experience; we represent the BRP brands of Sea-Doo & Can-Am together with apparel, parts and accessories alongside regular showroom events and ride-outs

As our Aftersales Controller your key responsibilities will involve dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, providing a premium service and portraying a positive impression of the Service, Parts and Retail Departments at all times.

Responsibilities as our Aftersales Controller will include:

  • Responding to Service and Parts queries/issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Pro-actively liaising with customers, booking appointments and controlling the workshop loading
  • Ensuring all required parts are ordered and in stock prior to the customer’s arrival
  • Informing customers of the progress through the workshop or parts arrival
  • Workshop Control – managing jobs through the workshop ensuring agreed deadlines are met
  • Communicating with customers and cross-selling any immediate work required
  • Parts inventory control – managing the stock with regular stock checks and maintaining stock levels with-in budgets together with displays in the showroom
  • Administration of all invoicing and warranty submissions

What we’re looking for in our Aftersales Controller:

The successful Aftersales Controller must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and an interest in powersports, water sports and adventure pursuits. They should be IT literate, self-motivated, with a proactive approach and will enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the department. A flexible approach to the role is required as the opportunity to become involved in other areas of the business including external activities is possible. Customer centricity, maintaining customer relationships and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role

A full, clean driving license (motorcycle and/or car) is essential.

Premium Motorcycle or Car Main Dealer experience in the role is beneficial but not essential as a full training program will be offered together with career development for the right candidate
